Looking for item build with Xin Zhao

I've been going this route

Starting Items:
Boots + 3 HP Pots

Core items:
Phage + Zeal + usually Mercury Treads, but sometimes Ninja Tabi

Usually after i finish my core items I build a Black Cleaver. If the game hasn't ended yet, I'll finish Frozen Mallet or Phantom Dancer depending on which I need more at the time.

I have fairly fast attack speed, 420~ movement, and I crit for like 450~ very often.

This set seems to work for me but I was wondering what other people are using with Xin Zhao?

Currently starting item: Health Crystal to be more beefy for first blood.
then phage/boot > (Tabi/Merc depending). Then Zeal.
I go phantom most of the time for the speed boost, attakspeed, crit, and massive dodge w/ tabi. After that its all situational since thats how solo is lol.
