Apparently Trundle's passive is not working on Proving Grounds. Didn't test other maps... will test later. But neither the icon above his health bar is appearing, nor the particle effect on the champ nor the hp recovery effect from the passive.
Happened with me when I was playing ARAM (custom) on Proving Grounds using the Junkyard Skin. (In case it helps)
