trying to create an account in the PBE, having some issues

heres the issue(imgur pic)

it keeps telling me to fix the month part of my birthday, it keeps saying it must be 1-12 numbers only


I've tried 1,4,5,12, and 17 and its not working.
ive also put a 0 in front of the single digit numbers



please help
