Can't recall what exactly Windows+D does, but it definitely looks like alt+tab.

McAfee antivirus caused this problem for me on another computer, if you have McAfee you could switch to Avast or something.

My client is doing this too after patching. Seeing if a repair fixes it. Also nothing in Windows 7 should cause this, since nothing is coming up as a priority alert and I have LoL set at high priority through task manager.

Mine was doing this way more than 15 times in the game though, it was closer to double that or more.
