The Drifting Lotus

Cassandra smiled down at Equiste, who seemed unsure of what he wanted to do. She gave him a hug before getting off his lap so that she could tell the waitresses what they wanted for desert as well as a few other things. Equiste could hear one of the waitresses giggle a bit before quickly going off. Closing the screen door behind herself Cassandra went back to Equiste's side hugging his arm. "I....ordered us some citrus soda floats.....I think you'd enjoy it.." Cassandra was still breathing a bit quickly while continuing to blush. She didn't want the night to end at this rate, she wanted him to be here with her for as long as they could.

Drifting down the River Lotus

Equiste let out a silent sigh of relief as she got off him and went to the door. It seems they would be having a desert first. He knew when he came here what it could lead to but... Well at least she was happy and for now they were just enjoying themselves. He smiled at her as she started to hug his arm. "Well I guess there is only one way to find out." He began to relax as they waited for the order to come back. He wondered if she ordered anything else as well.

The Drifting River Lotus

One of the waitress returned with a very beautifully made citrus soda float, they could see the change in color for a light green to a cyan color. The ice cream on top of the liquid seemed to be a sherbet of sorts. The desert seemed to be a little large for one person to consume, but everything fell into place once the waitress placed two straws into the float and placed two spoons on top of the desk. Cassandra pulled the desert closer so that they could both enjoy it at the same time. Equiste could smell a bit of mint with an assortment of complimenting fruits of lime, lemon and oranges with the main focus being lime.

Lotus of the Drifting Tides. Wait, no thats too... Argh!

Equiste had a strange look at the float as it came in. This was something he had not had before. He moved in, placing his straw into the float and began drinking. All the different flavors confused him a bit. This wasn't really his sort of thing, but he smiled and kept drinking it along with Cassandra, smiling. He didn't really like the sherbert in the ice cream either, but it could of been worse. It was sweet enough for him to enjoy. "This is a bit of a fancy thing isn't it?"

Reshaya chuckled a bit after tasting the float for herself, "My judgement may have been a bit clouded on this one it seems. So many flavors perhaps a bit too sweet as well. Would you like to order a different desert?" Cassandra continued to hug Equiste's arm happy to be so close to him. She knew this wouldn't last as he had obligations to Kiara, but as of right now nothing could ruin this day for her.

((Ahem.))

Desert of Lotus. No, Drifting Lime. No Wait...

"Perhaps something more simpler like a big bowl of icecream with that choclate like syrup stuff. Perhaps that will work better." He was quite happy having Cassandra on his arm, and happy that she seemed really happy right now. Too bad there was work tomorrow...

The Drifting Lotus Sherbet

Cassandra went over to re-order a new desert that both of them would enjoy before sitting besides Equiste once more. Sighing with content as she looked at Equiste, so this was how it all could have been. She began to wonder if...... no she quickly push that thought out of her mind. What she was doing right now was too far down the line she didn't need to do something like that. From here she would just enjoy her time with Equiste. Cassandra moved in closer to Equiste snuggling with him wrapping one of her arms around his waist. "Equiste....I don't mean to be presumptuous, but........I asked them to prepare a room for us upstairs......should you feel...."
