I had problems with this unlocking Tristanna. Gave it a couple of days and then logged back in and it was working. Maybe try it in a few days again?

I vote they give out Wu free, I love that Monkey King from The Forbidden Kingdom, they should add a Golden Jet Li skin and then give it away free for following Twitter or something.
