Looking for an amateur tournament? Clash League is beginning to host ONLINE amateur tournaments. Here is all of the information for the upcoming tournament...
A League of Legends Tournament for amateur players that are looking to play in a more competitive setting. The tournament will be double elimination and will be a two day event. The first round of the tournament will take place on Friday December 21st at 9PM EST. There will be at least 1 more round on Friday night and the tournament will finish on Saturday December 22nd. The final schedule with pairings and match times will be posted on Thursday December 20th. There will be a $100 prize for first play that will be paid via paypal. I understand that it is not much but it is a free tournament and it's better than nothing. We will also be looking to make regularly scheduled tournaments starting in January and will be attempting to get riot support and prizes. If you are interested in playing please sign up. IMPORTANT NEW INFORMATION:
In order to allow for the most competitive atmosphere we will not be allowing any summoners above the ELO of 1800. The large majority of our teams are around 1300 ELO and we want the tournament to be as competitive as possible. In our future tournaments we will be looking to have a Gold and Silver brackets. This will separate the higher ELOs from the lower. This way we can have fun and competitive tournaments. Sorry for any summoners that are above 1800 and we hope to have you in our future tournaments. ALSO IF YOU HAVE NOT SENT US YOUR ROSTERS THEY ARE DUE BY WEDNESDAY AT NOON. No team will be permitted to play in the tournament that does not have a roster turned in by then. Also the tournament will be played on the US West Server.
