I think this ability needs to place you in an unoccupied bush or behind an unseen rock after 10 minutes. This is what happens to me when I use Gragas' W.

It's very inferior to other mitigation, mana restoring, and damage buffing abilities, because you have to stand and channel.

Most of them don't last as long, or give you 26% damage reduction. From the mana, damage reduction, and damage buffing, it is very effective... just not always combat consumable.
