I've been trying to think of a new poison champ. Since I can't round out my poison team champs. With Singed, Twitch, Teemo, Cassiopeia, and I'm missing someone. I need help!

Passive should force basic attacks to do DoT instead, and enemies nearby the champion taking DoT take extra damage as long as it persists. Abilities can include fungi turrets that release toxic vapors in AoE, poison darts, and a stunning neurotoxin.
