Dark Red= Red buff
Red= Wraiths
Grey= golems
Blue= Blue buff
Yellow= Dragon
Black= Movespeed Buff
Orange= Wolves

Isnt the spawn still too close to the nexus...?
That's one of the main problems TT has (endless turtling, especially with kogmaw/blitz / ranged ad sitting in fountain and pewpewing at you)

But else looks like interesting changes, blue buff would be useful for casters and definitely was lacking there so far.
