Do you seriously need to keep making new threads every time you have a new question? This is the third one now.

SEA is banned from the NA servers because they'll be getting their own servers soon which will be handled by a different company.

Basically, all sea players are suppose to be ipblocked. Some sea players fall through the cracks but as the list of blockable ip ranges expand, there will be less and less SEA players.
