Yeah its impossible when people like myself have 110+ wins and get paired with players who just got level30 and dont know what ranked is. Maybe using your elo system will help instead of it being random.

Or maybe the fresh people to ranked need to be segregated into their own queue until they're not provisional anymore or they don't need to be 1200 elo by default.
