Nothing dangerous, though certainly annoying, in my opinion. I prefer quiet when I'm studying.

One is being raised or born in high-magic areas, including the Crystal Scar, Summoners Rift, and other Fields of Justice. Also, Zaunites are often victim to color changes due to the high concentration of chemicals in the air there.
