I thought someone was actually working on Dominion these days? So much for that, I guess.

Well they JUST started working on dominion (again) in the past week or two right? If any changes are in fact coming, we're going to have to wait a few months before we see anything.

We've been waiting long enough.

Dodge penalties have come and gone multiple times, so I'm not going to sit here and be told that it'll take time to give them back. It can be done overnight and it should have been done months ago.

I can't imagine reinstating dodge penalties to be that hard. For that matter I'm still clueless as to why you would ever remove them to start with.
