I wanted a chat thing, in the loading page, so our team has more time to arrange stuff for the game, while we wait for people to load. And i wanted the Summoner Name Change to not cost RP, i wanted it to only cost IP cos i dont really want to spend money to just change my summoner name, as u can see i regret my summoner name choice, cos sometimes ppl make fun of my name lol, or even better, it could be free.
