my ss and ult not working

My summoner spells and my ult was not working, my keys are working 100% fine and the bindings are right

When i click the d/f for summener spells the area you can cast it pops up but i cant smite or exhaust etc...

my ult shows where i can ult but it wont go off anyone had this problem?

What character's ult were you using?

Were you trying to Smite an enemy champion?
