Though does this mean that everyone will know the times to baron/dragon now.
And if you do an early game solo dragon and are low as a result its a bit more scary?
If I read it right it only says it if you see Dragon/Baron die

What is this ****? You ****ing nerfed Orianna not buffed her. Clockwork windup does way less damage now, and her Q is ****. Dissonance is terrible for damage when you consider its mana cost. Overall, you turned her form a good mid and decent support to a terrible mid and a mediocre support at best

They be nerfin my Janna....AGAIN! This is a sad day =/

On the bright side, I don't have to worry about screwing up a kill because I ignited a minion =3

Why would you nerf janna she is sooo awesome... i hate that there was nothing wrong with the way she was then you go and make her weaker. that is BS, and i think you need to think about your nerfs better

Nothing is wrong with nerfing orianna...I've seen her carry games in normals...it's kinda sad...
But i definitely don't agree with the fiora buff, her burts are wild! =/
