I agree. Using smoke puffs as it appears and disappears at the end of his dash; SFX being "Paper boy coming through!". I also, and I dunno if it's because of his appearance concept art or what, think of his voice being close to the Scout in tf2. Hope this helps! Awesome skin idea!
