Honestly, from experience a Rumble with Jax and Darius and you're set.
But they're almost always banned at 1500s

I've been having a lot of success with Jax solo and Lulu/Panth duo. Panth will usually take Smite and jungle when the lane is pushed, as I can usually 2v1 just fine with my OP Suppordle.
