as the heading states the TT fountain turret attacks out side of fountain on the purple side, the top right of the base, behind the shop keeper.
to reproduce
1. get a champion on the blue team
2. push the towers in the top lane/move past them until in base
3. click behind the shop keeper in the fountain spawn
4. get attacked by nexus obelisk
