Wriggles Lantern/Nasus

Is wriggles lantern worth getting on Nasus.. i tried it out, game was successful and we won... seemed Ok the dmg/armor and the ward worked well i thought. Only downfall was farming the gold, which isnt hard on nasus but would it be worth spending on wriggles or other places? Any other opinions on this item on Nasus

I think it makes last hitting with SS unpredictable so it's a no for me.

This combo is crazy good as long as you can wait until minion hp is low enough to guarantee last hits. This does however make last hitting unreliable if you are required to deal the damage for getting the minions low on hp. I.e. jungle
