Alright so here it is, ive been doing some ranked solo queue ( I know I should do duo but i dont have anyone to play with) and im around 1150 Elo and i've been asking myself, is ranked solo/duo queue rating based on ****ing LUCK? I've been getting solo top second picks going 0/8, bot lane feeding 5 kills to their carry in 5 min but I always seem to manage to dominate my mid but I just cant find a way to get higher ranked rating.

Please someone help me by telling me how to deal with this because I always get those ****ty ass teammates that will every single game, ruin it.
