Gragas. I don't know why, but I have not seen that fat slobberknocker been ill-used.....until free week comes along :P.

That's because all his abilities are skill shots, so you know right away if your terrible and he just won't work for you as a champion.

Also if Gragas is having a bad game he can easily farm under a turret until he catches up because his barrel roll will out range most other champion skills and clear a wave by mid game.

If we're not counting free weeks, Pantheon is probably the one I see most. It seems like every Pantheon I run across (Mine or the enemies), always knows how to play him right.

Honestly, most Nunu players seem to play him right.

Most Darius players i've gone up against sure can hit me 5 times and press R.

Honestly, it's been a while since I've seen a bad Leona. So few people play her, and nearly all of them do very well.
