5 teleports is a dead givaway that you are about to do something out of the ordinary and they will be expecting something of the sort.

Can't you do something else like invade there buff with all your teammates? so there is a chance of a fight but if not, you guys take the enemy buff, which messes with there jungler.

This is an out of date strategy when talking competitive play or even just normal draft. Back when teams spread out to get full jungle vision this tactic was good for catching stragglers or someone who would just run to turret from the start, but generally teams will stack very close by so wasting your entire teams summoner spells on teleport could potentially cause major issues for the mid to late game phase when you have an out of control assassin/ad carry that needs to be exhausted or characters like morde and mundo who need to be ignited. This gank is really fun to mess around with but it is a horrible idea in an actual competitive game. It most likely won't achieve the results your looking for. And in the end first blood most likely won't carry your team to a mid game advantage unless it was after around the 1:30 mark and if it was achieved on the jungler. Its much better to go for a a gank at blue.

Teemo mid gank is better. Teemo goes mid with a ward and puts it just out of enemy turret range and goes invis. When mid comes down have your other 4 mates TP to the ward and gank mid when mid starts to farm. Then kill mid turret within first 4 mins of game. Theres a vid on this and its the best way to insta pressure the other team mid imo. I dont take credit for this idea as its not mine. I like it tho.

Also if first blood is your only goal this is much more practical as you only need 2 ppl to TP so your whole team wont look fishy all having TP.
