I think u should buy Master Yi!He is freakin cheap and in my opinion he is one of the best champion ever!I wasn't really good with him,but lately i started playin him and on my 2nd match my score was :10-7-16

Check teamsolomid guides, CLG guides and all those "Pro player" type of guides they tend to have more experienced players making them.

If you play Yi please play him in AP =). Bruiser's AKA tanky dps champs will demolish you early/mid game(unless you get extremely fed or something early game) Ap Yi is a monster!!

No the guide is old as the hills. It was made in 2009 and hasn't been updated (at least that's what I can tell based on the out dated information about the alpha strike...)

I recommend going on solomid.net and looking up guides there.

Also, yi is a good champion to have. He only costs as much as a T3 rune anyway, so it's no big loss if you end up not liking him all that much. I say buy him and try him out.

He is also versatile in that he can go top, mid, and jungle.

Well this might be a necro thread, but I'm glad I saw it. I was thinking about buying Yi (even though I've never tried him) so this thread was useful

I've seen many good players use him. I'd say go for it.
