Can't connect to PBE, EUW or Brazilian server.

I had this problem to play PBE and EUW but i didn't rly care bcause my main server is NA, now i won the beta key to play in brazilian server, and i rly need to play.
Ill try to describe as good as i can:

I enter game, server online, i start game, and try to log in.Then it poops : Security Alert
"The internet site you are about to view uses a certificate that has expired or is not yet valid. Do you wist to proceed? YES - NO - VIEW CERTIFICATE

If i say yes i will continue the log in but it will ask me again, i continue pressig yes, and then,
when i should finally enter - BOOM =Unable to connect to the pvp.net

If i go view certificate. i get this info:

Issued to:PROD.EU.LOL.RIOTGAMES>COM
Issued by: DigiCert High Assurance CA-3
Valid from 22.4.2011 to 25.4.2014

there are tabs: general (with these info above), details, certification path

in general tab i can also click on Install certificate and issuer statement

If i chose install certificate a Certificate import wizard opens
then i press next there i can chose:

Automatically select the certificate store based on the type of certificate
OR
Place all certificate in the following store
i chose first one and next
at last finish, and it says certificate imported succesfuly

and like nothing happend.... Unable to connect to pvp.net.
I also tried to manually import the certificate DigiCert High Assurance CA-3 to trusted zone to IE 8, and im still having the problem.
Im using Windows XP (SP3) and my IE was 7, I changed to 8 today, but nothing changed.

My clock is in the right time, I resync it.

Maybe im not the only one having the same problem.

Check your system date, reset your internet explorer settings...

Did it already, and nothing change.
