I hate to be a stickler and go off point from the thread, but I do have a question that's been on my mind for a while.

Are we ever going to see another champion released that is below 6300 IP? All of the champions from the last few months have had high IP costs. Are there any plans on making champs that are 3150, or even 4800 IP?

And the whole controversy about Omen, skeletons and China.

We avoid exposed bones because we are a global game and do have players in China, where there are strict regulations on such things. We see this as an opportunity to define undead (Mord, Hecarim) as something more unique to LoL.

I don't think there's a big controversy on Omen. There's plenty of champions we've not made because they were not good enough or had insurmountable problems, even if the core idea has some merit.
