This problem only go away when their is a power outage. Anyone know how can i resolve this problem without waiting on a power outage?

Also don't leave a torrent client running while playing online games

Usually you need to close uTorrent entirely. As in either closing the background process from your toolbar or stopping the process with your task manager.
