He is running 29/1.

Ionians make you more slippery, and he doesn't have much CDR in runes and masteries. Take mercs if you're getting assassinated or blinded too much.

Why are you building Soul Shroud rather than Zeke's or anything else, even Shurelya's?

Because I get in a rush to buy stuff when I use revive and it's become a habit

I never get kindlegem on ezreal, trinity should provide ez with enough HP, and if not then frozen mallet is better for survival. If you got trinity and it's near endgame, i always get resistances instead of HP, it makes lifesteal more relevant and since flat penetration is pretty popular makes resistance much more valuable than flat HP.

If you level up W first, you will die more from not having E on cooldown, right? Does leveling up W first really make faster flash not worth it?

Also, If two+ people are taking a tower down, your W helps a lot. Now you don't have to E/Q combo to stop both of them and show yourself.

Whale. I've always used flat AD quints, but I'm probably going to switch over to armor pen quints when I get another rune page or 7.

I only get mercs when there are assassin's trying to eat my face (no bath salts, though.) I choose Ionian boots because, with the right positioning practice, you don't need mercs. You shouldn't be getting caught.

Leveling up W first is all situational. If you find yourself not needing E and need the W, go for it.

Hey Dienovv...

Are you still playing ez? If so, are you doing things any differently now?

I used to run a variant of this build and had a lot of success, but I just can't get the job done ever since Blackfire Torch (thats how it feels anyway).

So, any updates to the guide? Just curious what other people are having success with.
