Passive activate: Release a wave of energy at nearby enemies dealing magic damage equal to total charge. 60 sec cd (Charge on shield goes back down to 0)

Passive: If your champion dies he releases a wave of energy after 1.5 seconds dealing magic damage equal to total charge + 50% to all nearby foes.

Looks like an awesome DOTA ITEM, a Tank could only wish for this Item.

If it was Negatron + Cloth and bit lower armor maybe

Tanks are so squish later game and are basically useless season 2 compared to season 1. They need some sort of way to be able to compete with all these new tanky dps that have good damage, good sustain, and are tanky while early season 1 are basic tanky champs you think such as singed and cho. Yes these 2 aren't bad champs to have but in general it is usually better to have champs like Darius, Rumble, Yorick, Riven, Xin, etc....
Thats why they need some new item or items to help bring back that play style if someone wishes to do so.

The problem is putting that much defensive power in one slot(Negatron + Chain Vest and some hp) it will be literally good almost any champs, I could easily it being taken instead of GA for AD carries cause of the Passive and defensive stats.

Down it to Negatron + Cloth Armor(cost by 400) and combine armor to 25-35 and it might be balanced

How long does the tank live even when focused? Close to 5? Maybe more? Possibly longer due to their abilities?

=/ If you're dying first in the fight, you're winning, because they probably lost their carry and mage for the price of a damage soak. That's a win.

The foundation of Riot's itemization is that you can't just buy 1 item and have all your needs taken care of. For this reason, there will NEVER be an item that builds out of both Negatron and Chainvest. It's not going to happen. People should really stop wasting everyone's time asking for it.

Tiamat, GA, FON these four does everything in one item for granted not super op tanky but still AOL and GA can pretty much provide enough def boost to negate alot of damg annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnddddddddddddd Doesnt the tree has the exact same result still explode when he dies reduce damg taken by 20% and what ever damg is cause in the area get abosrbed into power. now it woule be useful if we could tell if it reached maxium damg so we could expode it and do again.

So what this item is essentially doing is modifying Odyn's veil and bringing it to Summoner's Rift. No. Just No.
