I can't really think of any champions that wouldn't make a good pony. The thing about ponies is that you can inject them into literally anything and it'll come out good/cute/hilarious in some way.

Lord of the rings pony. The animation is kind of "meh" and the voice acting is about what you'd expect from non professionals but the idea of it is hilarious.

Plus the Scootaloo/Applebloom scenes are great
