Only Lvl30 and wins above 500 can play ranked.

Well its already lvl 30 only and what good would 500 normal wins even do. 1000 games of do whatever you like because its unranked would be helpful why? I just won a normal the other day with my friend doing a double jungler game. It was really fun, but I never try that in ranked.
