Basically, his passive is WAY TOO OP...
especially if he builds attack speed.

Maybe make the block once every 10 atks or smthing like that.

a pantheon that builds attack speed is a pantheon with no damage.

and of course he's highly subject to CC since he can't proc his shield while stunned. or you can ignore him since he's not going to hurt at all.

If he builds AS as well as AD, then he is basically invincible against any champ that uses AA to damage.

if he builds both he's a squishy melee character. stun and gun, he'll implode.

Pantheon can be counter so easily by tanky top champions. E.g: Malphite, Darus, Shen etc
But really Pantheons role is to ensure there is no late game :P

I remember when I was a junior member complaining about every champion being op. But at the end of the day no champion is op.
