what would happen before was enemies to close to Hecarim wouldnt run as far as those further out because everyone moved at the same speed. This change is a buff because now people should move approximately the same distance regardless of how close they were to the ability

Darius is broken
Draven deals too much damage late game
Kayle keeps feeding from any meele champ she is against in top lane
Gragas killed two tanks, TWICE with 3 skills in the last tournament.
Alistar still has the same GCD

Better nerf janna for about the 3rd or 4th time in a row.....

Not bad, not bad, apart from that retarded Janna nerf!

Evelynn buffs are appreciated, but since they don't really address her fundamental flaws (her nonexistant jungle sustain, lame early ganks, ability to be counterjungled by ANYONE, squishiness despite lack of burst etc) she's still not a viable champion.

Nice to see Hecarim buffs. Hecarim is one of those champions who just makes me roll my eyes every time I see him, because he's simply useless. Buffs are appreciated.

Cho'Gath, Brand and Twitch buffs are great.

Amumu nerfs are a bit annoying, AP Amumu is still TECHNICALLY viable, but now it's just not viable enough to be worth doing instead of full tank. The Tantrum buff is appreciated though, makes him less blue-dependant.

Still no Darius nerfs, Sejuani buffs or Karma remake?
