Pause is available in tournament draft games.

BTW if pause lasts a significant length of time the spectator delay gets shortened. A pause of 3 minutes causes you to be able to have current time true vision including vision of all wards and champion vision simply by having someone spectate your match. You can also retroactively spectate the game at the 3 minute pause mark to get current time true vision info.

Pause needs to have instant spectator pause as well otherwise it should never ever be used.

Upvote this post if you think this is an issue that needs to be fixed before this feature can ever be used.

While I can play with the pause in the proper game mode, I can't see the entry code stuff. Will these only be available during certain times/during certain events?

I think it should be an optional type of thing. Say you're in an ARAM or otherwise in-house custom match with friends and you want other friends to spectate without a delay.

the low down = specific information/details given that are relevant to a topic. Comparable to "the scoop" in news stories. A cop might say "give me the low down on our suspect". He's asking for details regarding a crime.

the down low = something that should be kept secret. For instance, you want to tell a friend something, but don't want that person to tell other people, so you tell him to "keep it on the down low".

Can we change pause to cause all the minions and neutral monsters and champions to dance? As it is currently pauses during tournament play are very boring.

Yeah, my brother got trolled one game by a guy who got angry and just continually spammed the pause so that the game was unplayable. Eventually everyone had to quit. >.<

Maybe each player can only pause the game once or twice per match? You really shouldn't need too many pauses... and you could always ask someone else to pause it for you if you needed another. Or... there could be a vote feature similar to the surrender vote that would allow players to ban a troll from pausing the game for the duration of the match.
