Urgot's lower half

What happened to urgot's lower half after Garen chopped him in half? They used his torso when rebuilding him, but why abandon the legs and feet? Can we get an answer here Babaganoosh?

His legs were already in bad shape before he got killed, also they might not have gotten both halves.

Spider Queen is biological. Urgot's legs are mechanical.
