all movement speed has been changed from 2 to 3 except boots of haste has been changed to enhanced movement 4

dunno what to vote on yet but i can dig it. the thing with adding a tier imo is sorta like adding a 7th item slot which would drastically change the game

true but boots dont really help late game so i was thinking this would help late game and make it more fun

This has been discussed before and the basic problem brought up was that champions aren't balanced to have these stats available to them at endgame. The extra movement speed could cause issues aswell.

Drop them all back down to EM2 on the ones built out of EM2 boots, and you've actually might have something.

Movespeed is OP, and making more of it available is a Bad Thing.
But making boots have a final upgrade to their *other* stats... that could be interesting.

Buuuuut then you have boots that are inherently hard to have a buffed form of, like Ionians.

Boots only moreso are not a good idea... Boots with Benefits however... Maybe.

Why "God please no" it's not an option?

I agree with Blue Jelly, change it to movement 2, but having this would make them more worth while to hold onto I suppose.
