i think we need a girl champ with two plasma whips. she would be based off of zero suit samus from Smash bros. she would be AD and most likely be a top lane champ.

I see that designing champions is fun and good for developing designing skills, but why bother doing it for league of legends. Does Riot even look at our ideas? I've seen some excellent work, but if Riot isn't ever going to take a look at it, why would someone waste time designing a champion on this forum? I mean, why not just make it a generic fantasy character and post it on a more active fantasy related forum or deviantart?

P.S. if someone could answer my question, "Does Riot even look at our ideas," I would appreciate it, because I'm not sure.

I believe the latest champ Nami is great! I haven't bought her but I enjoy watching my brother play her. She seems to be missing a good hidden passive like most of the other new champs (ex. Zyra kills Sion vice versa, the hunt is on, I hate armoured bears, etc.) You should add in an effect where surfer singed and pool party Ziggs start to surf (or swim in Ziggs case) when hit by Nami`s title wave.This would add a bit of spice to Nami ( and maybe even make people buy pp Ziggs and surfer singed more) Anyway I just think this would make a great addition to Nami and to the game and hope you take it into consideration.

hola me llamo Isaac Rivero y soy de argentina. bueno he estado creando a un personaje que me gustaria mucho que lo hagan. quise que sea un personaje que dominara los cuatro elementos y que el jugador pueda usarlo como assesino, apoyo o tanque dependiendo de su gusto o nesecidad y que no haga uso de mana o energia, que sea a enfriamiento. como katarina o rengar.

rasgos: que se asemeje a un monje. en apariencia me lo imagine como asura anciano (asura's wrath) de pelo y barba blanca. que sea un luchador de cuerpo a cuerpo pero que sea dependiente de sus poderes como aang el avatar. el daño y enfriamiento lo dejare a su criterio para que le den el balance justo.
le di un nombre al azar pero ustedes pueden poner el que quieran. en la historia del personaje yo pense en darle relacion con el monasterio de lee sin. bien en fin aca dejo como serian las habilidades del personaje.

Orion el maestro de los elementos

Fase de selección: Q.W.E.R utilizaran cada elemento Q fuego, W agua, E tierra, R viento.
Cada botón presionado convertirá automaticamente a los demás botones en el elemento seleccionado y cada botón tendrá una función única. en general Q contendrá poderes ofensivos y se alimentara de poder de habilidad W poderes de asistencia y alimentados de salud E tendrá poderes defensivos y se alimentara de armadura y defensa magica R sera la ultimate; luego de cada ataque se volverá a la fase de selección y así sucesivamente.

Pasivo.
chakra elemental: Orión consume una barra de chakra de 7 por cada habilidad que use. con una regeneracion de una barra de chakra cada 3 sgundos.

(Q) Fuego: dispara una llamarada hacia delante que daña lo que toque y deja una estela de fuego que quema lo que lo pise.
Agua: crea un camino de picos de hielo que dañan al impactar un enemigo y lo realentiza.
Tierra: crea un camino de roca emergentes que levantan, dañan y aturde por un tiempo todo lo que impacte
Viento: crea un disco de viento que daña todo a su paso.

(W) Fuego: lanza unas vigorizantes llamaradas alrededor dando daño y poder de habilidad a el y sus aliados en el area.
Agua: salpica con agua y cura un porcentaje de la vida total del todo aliado que este en el area.
Tierra: crea un campo de arenas movedizas que ralentiza a todos los enemigos que pasen por ella.
Viento: crea una ventisca que empujara a enemigos y aliados que estén cerca.

(E) Fuego: el se rodea de fuego protegiéndose de todo daño y daño magico por un tiempo.
Agua: una de burbuja de agua lo rodeara aumentando un porcentaje de su vida total por un tiempo.
Tierra: se cubre con rocas su cuerpo aumentando armadura, defensa mágica y será inmune a las incapacitaciones por un tiempo.
Viento: un remolino lo rodea y aumenta su velocidad y evasión evitando todos los ataques básicos y repelerá todo tipo de proyectiles de las habilidades enemigas.

(R) Orión se sienta a meditar para canalizar sus poderes. En este estado el se convierte en diamante haciéndose inmune a todo mientras que un viento helado atrae y ralentiza a los enemigos cercanos constantemente mientras rayos caen al azar aplicando daño mágico a todo los enemigos.

Quon the Plasma Entity

I decided to make a character like fizz but ranged. An AP that benefits from auto attacks. Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment. His base stats would be like fizz's

Animation: glowing purple silhouette of a man with white dots like stars shimmering in him, like kassadins blade.

Quick note before the lore: it sucks..... but it's the general idea.
Lore:
Quon was always a shadow of Xerath his older brother.He always felt he was outshined by him. One day a man by the name of Kassadin mysteriously appeared out of thin air and told Quon he would grant him infinite power but at a big price. All the years of not being noticed had driven Quon into thinking he would do what ever it takes and so he accepted. Kassadin had Quon do many labours inside the void for three years until he judged him worthy. Quon's time in the void had taken its toll on him and he was no longer entirely human and so his body could withstand the amount of power Kassadin was giving to him. When the procedure was finished Quon started to seek out Xerath but to no avail. Quon became angry that he had done so much but had not had the pleasure of rubbing it in Xeraths face and so he blamed Kassadin. Kassadin was still to strong for him. Kassadin decided not to kill Quon as it would be wasted potential and instead gave him a warning by destroying his physical body. But Kassadin had underestimated how much power he had given Quon. Once Kassadin had left he got back up and used his new being as an advantage. Although he had lost all his senses which would be a huge disadvantage he gained the power to manipulate his body into different forms. Now Quon is on a quest to hunt down his brother and find Kassadin to have a fair fight this time.

Passive: Disintegrating Strikes
auto attacks reduce magic resist by 8% for 10 seconds stacking 6 times.

Q: Plasma Barrage Mana 80/85/90/95/100 Cool down 10/9/8/6/5
Quon builds up his power then rapidly fires off a stream of plasma bolts. He fires 10 bolts at a 5 bolt per second rate. Each bolt deals 8/12/16/22/30 and scales 0.1 per 1 AP.
animation: hands glow purple then rapidly pushes his hands forward one at a time shooting off purple balls. (Targeted)

W: Plasma Empowerment Mana 40/45/50/55/60 Cool down 15/12/10/9/8/6
Passive: auto attacks deal an extra 8/14/20/40/60 scaling 0.35 per 1 AP magic damage.
Active: gain 20/25/30/35/40% attack speed and auto attacks slow the targets movement speed by 15/20/25/30/35% for 5 seconds

E: Wild Speed/Plasma Disk Mana 65/70/75/80/85 Cool down 13/12/11/10/9/8
First cast: Create a plasma disk to ride on and gain 25/30/35/40/45% movement speed for 10 seconds as well as gain the ability to use plasma disk. Animation: ride a floating shimmering purple disk.

Second cast: Quon leaps into the air becoming untargetable for 2 seconds while he shoots out his disk like a boomerang dealing 70/120/160/230/260 scaling 0.6 per 1 AP magic damage on the way out and nothing on the way back. When it comes back Quon drops back down and lands on it gaining his wild speed buff again as well as becoming targetable. Animation: leap very high while the disk shoots out like sivirs Q then come back down and land on it again when it comes back. (Skillshot)

R: Final Ultimatum Mana 100/125/150 Cool down 125/100/90
Quon can choose to shoot 50 bolts of plasma into the air to hover over a target location then divebomb random enemies standing there dealing 20/30/45 scaling 0.1 per 1 AP per each bolt. Enemies can only be hit by a maximum of ten bolts. Quon can also choose to fire 50 bolts of plasma into a spot in the air causing them to all merge together and blast an single enemy with insane force stunning the enemy for 1/1.25/1.5 seconds and dealing 300/450/650 scaling 1.2 per 1 AP. when you press R your Q and W will change into the AOE version or the single target nuke version. The Q will be the AoE and the W will be the Single target nuke.

Animation: AoE version looks like he's using his Q into the air but when they dive bomb they look like shooting stars with a tail behind them.
Single target version will look like: he does the same as the AoE but each one he fires into the first making a plasma ball in the sky growing larger and larger with each bolt. When finished the bolt will zoom into the enemy and explode.
