when is the signups for the PBE going to be back up?

I changed my PBE password, and I don't remember it now :S Is there any chance I can get it or change it again?

I would really like to play on the PBE. i really would like to try some new champs and report bugs to you guys! thanks

excuse me i have downloaded the game pbe server but i tried to sign up i saw this message i am new in pbe but not in game i am playing in north america server i am level 30 please can you leave me to sign up ?

Yeah I want to get into PBE as well and am unaware of specifications to getting in. People have told me they have been invited trhough email so I am wondering how that works now that you can't just sign up and play it. If i just have to ask for my comment to be seen I request that I can have a PBE account. Hopefully someone will see this and tell me or let me in :P
