It's been the 1st of September where I am for 14 hours, I still can't sign up. Does this mean that the signups will open when the staff get to work in whatever time zone they are in? if so, is there any way I could get a time and/or timezone when this will happen.

I just realised that I'm mildly special, the time is posted next to the posts. In which case a simple approximate time by the forums clock would be awesome.
