Glad she's getting an update, but this is really more of a nerf due to four reasons:
1) Bouncing Blades used to be a good finisher, now for damage potential it must be used first, which gives her away and slows down the combo.
2) Shunpo's damage reduction with Killer Instincts was the only thing keeping her alive in teamfights.
3) Grievous wound has a lot of uses and now she can only do it with an ult. I'd take that over the damage mark, due to reason 1.
4) The passive is clearly nerfed. No gold, which she needs.

I don't know why Riot feels the need to nerf her. You rarely see Kat in high skill games because she is a close-ranged glass cannon. If anything she needs a buff. In her current "broken" state, failure to time her moves precisely will get her killed and potentially not deal much damage.
PLEASE stop nerfing everything!
