gemso.. u have to get them to lvl 10!!! its what they changed when the new reffer a friend came out.. and its 10 account to lvl 10.. if im not mistaken.. but i know they made it were they have to be lvl 10 instead of 5

Are all of those accounts you personally play, or are those friends. I remember a Red post saying something about Recruit-a-friend fraud. Example, leveling multiple accounts to farm Riot points. I could be wrong though, not sure. I'd look for the post.

Unless they changed it with the new version of the refer a friend system, you have to manually activate your rewards.
