Riot,
I understand that you (thankfully) removed the elo deduction from dodging, and instead made it a timer beyond eternity. I get that you don't want people to non-stop dodge until they don't get counterpicked or something works out the way they want.
However, in the case that until gold league there will be trolls and people who get upset because somebody else played their lane, the dodge timer is far and beyond too long. Like I said, I understand you don't want people to just dodge after dodge, but if elo is going to be brought down in a loss because of a feeder or afker or troll or a twitch with surge revive, then dodging should be a little more permitable.
If people are to suffer hour long queues because of being forced to dodge to avoid a free "L" on the stat sheet, then there should be a review system that reverses a loss with such circumstances.
I'm not saying go back to 5 minutes, as even that is pretty short. I'm just saying don't make people wait an hour because they want to raise their elo and play real games. It takes long enough as is for ones elo to fluctuate up and down at 10-14 elo per game (24 if you consider plus or minus), let alone having to wait hours on end to be able to play the game in an avoidance.
IF ANYTHING, I would like to ask that ranked, normal, dominion, and/or twisted treeline have separate queue timers. If we are forbidden from playing a ranked game because of a ranked dodge, we should at least be able to play a normal game, a team ranked, a twisted treeline, or a dominion to pass the time.
Please take consideration into this, thank you kindly.
