Okay, well ive been playing League for quite a long while now,
being the stupid hoe i am, never have i bought one single potion for HP or MP
being the reason its to time consuming to click while in the middle of a battle.
My question is, are there ay hot keys for this that i can assign it to without me having to click it each time i need it?

No, there isnt a "herp use hp pot when < x% hp" macro. You just have to either re-bind the hotkeys to something on your mouse or make the short mental leap to start using them.
and if you didnt realize. 1-6 are the default hotkeys for item slots.
