Try to avoid this completely if possible as for future prevention.

^ Not sure how much they'll be able to do with you willingly and knowingly compromising your account's security. They'll certainly try but...

if you were not too high level and didn't spend money on it, I can at least help you get another account back to where it was...

That's really not considered getting hacked. Yes, it was wrong for your "friend" to do that to you, but you gave him your account information, which is against the terms of service.

i gave riot all infromation i know
and i spend 100-110$ on that AC
30LVL almost full champion and 1205 ELO
i just climbed that day and after that i found my PW and Email got changed
I gave all my screenshot and Replay to riot and i told my teammates and friends write letter to riot to prove i am the real one
and i just list what champs i buy at what level and when i create this AC and who is my first champ played and who i played with

i learn a lesson from this riot plz help me
