Again, by naming Nunu emissary, she cements Willump and the yetis in allegiance to the new Frejlord city state. It was quite the cunning move.

He obviously has natural leadership qualities/ charisma. I would be hard pressed to find another 10 year old boy that has his own personal yeti bodyguard, much less can persuade large numbers of addition yetis to show up for a ceremony.

Pft. What are they gonna do? Stand still and make swirlies? We'll just move the Noxian invasion army a few feet to the left, out of the AOE. Problem solved.
