Question regarding making 3-men team

Hi all,

My friends and I are thinking about making 3-men team (simply because we don't have 4th and 5th men at the moment).

I am just wondering, if we make 3-men team, can we only compete/participate Twisted Treeline only? or we can also play at the Summoner's Lift?

for summoners Rift, you can only single,duo, or 5 person queue. You cannot queue SR with 3/4 people.

the team can play either 3v3 or 5v5 but you have to have a full team. to queue for each map
