So top lane vs Rengar in a nutshell = hope you are on purple side and if not Good Luck, lol. Top lane Rengar on purple side is so strong at level 1.

For one his cds needs to be shorted atleast q because its hard to solo fight when you are having to wait for your abilities to come up again
