The Arena Fight continues!

Rald blocks the slash with his main hand before sliding his front foot forward to try to hit him with a short sword slash to his chest.

Lucas simply moved back, readying his sword for the next round. It was likely Rald was going to try to attack him straight away to get some more advantage.

Seeing Lucas move back he moved his swords into a defensive position across him before he moved in again comming in with a vicious slash aimed down at Lucas' neck from above.

Grabbing hold of his own sword with two hands his sword rose to block the strike, his body already preparing to position himself to block the next incoming attack. With both hands on his sword, he should be able to react more quickly to strikes coming his way.

Rald began a dual wield barrage of attacks hoping to cause a mistake from Lucas.

Lucas calmly blocked the strikes as they came, slowly moving back as he did so. With both hands on his sword, he was able to block faster, and with a little more force behind each block, as he waited for Rald to move a certain way.

Rald continued his barrage assault, his swings getting slightly faster each time. But Lucas had already compensated, the two hands on his sword giving him the speed he needed to keep up. Noticing Lucas slight movement he decided to risk something that would kill his momentum somewhat but perhaps open up an advantage. Upon aiming a strike at his neck he pulled back mid strike instead going more for his leg. However with his hurry and momentum pull up he ended up swinging more for the stomach area.

Lucas moved to block the feint, before noticing what it was. Instead of going for the block, he quickly stepped back to remove the leg Rald was swinging at and prepared his counterstrike, as this was something he was looking for.

Rald swung through, but his accidental deviance managed to catch his armor covering his right side area under the ribs, a loud scraping sound on the metal as it gave way but it didn't reach flesh. He tried to swing his short sword for the next strike, but it was comming in slower and weaker from his maneuver.

Lucas was the picture of concentration, but was somewhat surprised the sword hit where it did. However, this was something he was looking for, immediately moving in and pushing Rald's sword arm across his body. With both of Rald's arms locked up and his shortsword difficult to use effectively, Lucas' left arm came around to punch Rald in the face.
