This video is not a "troll" video such as the "Pro as Heck Guide to Master Yi", that was a different guy who made that video. This one bears resemblence in style, but is an actual viable guide.

Don't buy boots of swiftness though. Please.

Be sure to actually read the stuff and not just look at the item build and etc. It's extremely useful.

Do you suggest any replay?

Sort replays by singed and elo and around the top will be a replay "best singed na carry". Watch it once through and you'll be set.

Kid, let me tell you how to build Singed.

Masteries:
1/21/8 (improved ghost, improved flash, initiator, swiftness, mana, basic defensive masteries)

Runes:
Movement Speed Quints
Magic Pen Reds
Armor Per Level Yellows
Magic Resist Per Level Blues

Endgame Items:
Boots of Swiftness
Rod of Ages
Randuin's Omen
Rylai's Crystal Scepter
Force of Nature
Sunfire Cape

Other Item Choices:
Banshee's Veil (if they are seriously AP or CC heavy)
Frozen Heart (If they are seriously AD heavy)
Moonflair Spellblade (If they are CC heavy and you don't need to tank)
TWO Rods of Ages (if you are getting hella fed)

Singed's biggest problem? So many good item choices make it hard to decide.

Remember, if someone is running away from your team, flash or ghost ahead of them and "lead" them with your poison trail.
